Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 [Definitions]
1. These Terms and Conditions

2. We (the Company)
The operator of the online store established using this service.
3. This Service
The e-commerce service provided by us over the Internet.
4. Purchaser
A person who applies for a product after fully understanding and agreeing to these terms and the Privacy Policy, following the procedures prescribed by us.
5. User
A person who fully understands and agrees to these terms and the Privacy Policy and browses, searches, or uses the images, text, designs, logos, videos, programs, ideas, and other information (hereinafter referred to as "Content") provided through this service.
Article 2 [Application of These Terms]
These terms define the conditions for users utilizing this service provided by us over the Internet. Users are deemed to have agreed to these terms at the time they begin using the service.
Article 3 [Changes to These Terms]
We may change these terms within the scope of the purpose of this service if deemed necessary. If users or purchasers continue to use this service after changes to these terms, they are deemed to have agreed to the revised terms.
Chapter 2: Product Purchases
Article 4 [Product Purchases]
Users may purchase products from us through this service.
Users who wish to purchase a product must follow the procedures separately specified by us to apply for the purchase.
A sales contract is deemed to be established between the user and us at the moment when:
- The user reviews the entered delivery address, order details, and other information, clicks the order confirmation button, and
- We send an email confirming the order details to the user.
Notwithstanding the preceding clause, if fraudulent or inappropriate behavior occurs in connection with the use of this service, we may cancel or terminate the sales contract or take other appropriate measures.
Minors must obtain prior consent from a legal guardian to purchase products using this service.
Article 5 [Changes to Registered Information]
If there are any changes to the name, address, or other information provided at the time of purchase, the purchaser must promptly notify us.
Even if a change is registered, transactions that were already processed before the change was made will be conducted based on the information registered prior to the change.
Article 6 [Payment Methods]
- The total payment amount consists of the product price displayed on the website, consumption tax, shipping fees, and any applicable handling fees.
- Payments for purchases made through this service must be made using a credit card in the purchaser's name or other payment methods specified by us.
- If paying by credit card, the purchaser must comply with the terms separately agreed upon with the credit card company. In the event of a dispute between the purchaser and the credit card company regarding credit card usage, the parties involved must resolve it independently.
- If a separate agreement (including but not limited to consent to the terms of the payment method) is required between the purchaser and the payment service provider for a designated payment method, the purchaser must comply with that agreement. Any disputes related to the payment method must be resolved directly between the purchaser and the payment provider.
Article 7 [Returns of Products]
Returns of products by purchasers will be handled in accordance with the "Special Provisions for Returns" specified in the "Notation Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions" published on the website.
Chapter 3: Handling of Personal Information
Article 8 [Handling of Personal Information]
We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy separately defined by us.
Chapter 4: Responsibilities in Use
Article 9 [Prohibited Actions]
Users and purchasers are prohibited from engaging in the following actions when using this service:
1. Actions that cause inconvenience, disadvantage, or damage to other users, third parties, or us, or actions that may do so.
2. Actions that infringe or may infringe the copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, or other intellectual property rights, portrait rights, personality rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of third parties or us.
3. Actions that violate public order and morals, other laws, or regulations, or actions that may do so.
4. Using content obtained through this service beyond the scope of private use.
5. Copying, selling, publishing, distributing, or publicly disclosing content obtained through this service via other users or third parties, or engaging in similar acts.
6. Actions that interfere with the operation of this service or other services provided by us.
7. Actions that damage our credibility or reputation, or any other actions that we reasonably judge to be inappropriate.
8. Any other actions that we deem inappropriate.
Chapter 5: Disclaimers
Article 10 [Disclaimers]
1. We shall not be liable for any damages caused to third parties due to users or purchasers violating these terms.
2. We make no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, or any other aspects of the content or information obtained through this service.
3 .We shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred by users or purchasers due to the use of this service, and we have no obligation to compensate for such damages. However, if these terms constitute a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Act (Act No. 61 of 2000, Article 2, Paragraph 3) and a disclaimer clause cannot be applied, the provision that completely exempts our liability shall not apply.
If these terms fall under a consumer contract and we are liable for damages due to non-performance or tort, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the maximum liability amount shall be limited to the total amount that the user or purchaser paid us in the past one year.
4. If a purchaser fails or refuses to receive a product, is unable to receive it due to prolonged absence, or provides an unclear delivery address, our obligation to deliver the product shall be deemed fulfilled upon attempting contact at the purchaser’s registered contact details and making a delivery attempt to the designated address.
Chapter 6: Miscellaneous Provisions
Article 11 [Copyrights and Intellectual Property Rights]
The content provided through this service belongs exclusively to us or a third party with legitimate rights.
If a dispute arises between a user or purchaser and a third party due to a violation of this clause, the user or purchaser shall resolve it at their own expense and responsibility, ensuring that we suffer no damages, losses, or disadvantages.
Article 12 [Governing Law]
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
Article 13 [Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction]
In the event of any ambiguity regarding matters not specified in these terms, we and the users or purchasers shall resolve it promptly through good-faith discussions.
Any disputes related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court governing our location as the court of first instance.
