Refund policy

Product Exchange

We take the utmost care to ensure the quality of our products. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, stained, or otherwise defective, we will accept returns or exchanges.

Please contact us at store@crazyraccoon.jp within five days of receiving the product, including details of the issue along with photos.
After verification, we will send you a replacement product.

If you receive an item different from your order, please contact us at store@crazyraccoon.jp within five days of delivery with a photo attached.
We will send you the correct product.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons based on customer preference.

Even for defective products, returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

・If damage, malfunction, or stains occur due to customer responsibility after delivery.
・If all accessories or contents are not returned in full.
・If the product has been modified, adjusted, or had additional components installed.
