Returns, Defective Products, and Order Cancellations

We ensure the highest quality of our products. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, stained, or otherwise defective, we will accept returns or exchanges.

Please contact us at store@crazyraccoon.jp within five days of receiving the product, including details of the issue along with photos.

After verification, we will send you a replacement product.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at store@crazyraccoon.jp within five days of delivery with a photo attached.
We will send the correct product.

【Returns Policy】

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences.
  • Even for defective or problematic products, returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
      • If the damage, malfunction, stain, or defect occurred due to customer responsibility after delivery.
      • If any accessories or contents are missing.
      • If the product has been modified, adjusted, or had additional components installed by the customer.

    If a customer wishes to cancel an order after the transaction is completed, cancellations are only accepted before the product is shipped.
